Your Final Expense calls, paid every morning.

A private circle of licensed Final Expense agents who prepay. Ping us before each call: when one of them is free, the call goes to that agent at one fixed price. When not, it goes to your usual buyers.

First in line.
One fixed price.

Before each call, your system asks us one thing: is an agent free? Yes, and the call goes to that agent. No, and it goes straight to your usual buyers.

  • No auction: one fixed price, set before your first call.
  • Only agents licensed in the caller's state.
  • Every call rings one agent only.
A call reaches your system. Your system asks FexSuite if an agent is free. If yes, the call goes to an agent at a fixed price. If not, it goes to your usual buyers.

Four reasons a call isn't paid. Only four.

A call can be disputed until the end of the day after the call. It goes unpaid only for one of these reasons.

Never a reason:

Nothing else counts.

Questions

When do I get paid?

Every morning, for each billable call whose dispute window closed overnight. A billable Monday call can be disputed until the end of Tuesday. Unless a dispute is accepted, it's paid on Wednesday morning.

What happens when no agent is free?

We answer no, and you send the call to your usual buyers.

Do I need ping-post?

Yes. Your system must ask us before it sends a call. Without ping-post, we can't take your calls.

Which calls do you take?

Inbound Final Expense calls started by the consumer, each sent to one buyer only. No transfers from outbound or dialer calls.

How do you pay?

Payoneer in US dollars, or a bank transfer through Wise. We never pay in crypto.

What's the price?

One fixed price per billable call, set before your first call. No auction.
